Privacy Notice

The personal data collected by Universidad Pedagógica Nacional should be used to meet the institutional mission of training education professionals and educational performers within different levels and modalities of the educational system, i.e. research, training and extension  offered by the University in different academic management divisions but especially for legal, contractual, commercial or labor, national or international purposes, as described in the “Internal Policy and Procedure Manual for Management and Protection of Personal Data” by the University.

As the owner of the information, according to the Constitution and the Law, you have the right to know, update, rectify and delete personal data and, only in cases where may be appropriate, to invalidate the authorization granted for a relevant treatment, for which you should write your request to the e-mail: quejasyreclamos@pedagogica.edu.co

In the case  of  sensitive personal data and underage users, you are not obliged to authorize their treatment, except  by the exceptions established by Law or including the written consent. It is optional to answer questions dealing with sensitive personal data or underage users.
